Für alle, die heute noch arbeiten mussten, gibt es jetzt einen Feierabend-Cocktail!
Beim Stöbern in 1970/1980er-Kochbüchern habe ich ein tolles Cocktail-Rezept gefunden: Rote Johanna! Keine Ahnung wer diese Johanna ist, die dem Cocktail den Namen gegeben hat, aber der Cocktail ist richtig lecker. Er eignet sich auch gut als Apéritif vor einem Festessen.
Rote Johanna
Zutaten:
• 3 Eiswürfel
• 2 cl Gin
• 2 cl Ricard
• 1 cl Grenadine-Sirup
• 1 Maraschino-Kirsche als Deko
Zubereitung
Eiswürfel in ein Mixbecher geben. Dann Gin, Ricard und Grenadine dazugeben und umrühren. Anschließend in ein Whisky-Glas (Tumbler) abseihen. Anschließend mit der Cocktailkirsche garnieren – ich hab die Kirsche auf einem Bambusspieß aufgespießt.

I have no idea who gave the cocktail the name Joanna but this drink is really delicious.
A perfect idea for your christmas party or as an apéritif for a festive meal.
Red Joanna
Ingredients:
3 ice cubes
2 cl Gin
2 cl Ricard
1 cl Grenadine syrup
1 Maraschino cherry as decoration
Place ice cubes in a cocktail-shaker. Then add Gin, Ricard, Grenadine and stir. Pour into a whiskey glass (tumbler)and garnish with a cocktail cherry – I stuck the cherry on a bamboo skewer.
