D Die Uni Hamburg schenkt ihren Erstsemestern immer eine Freikarte, für Theater, Museen und alles in allem eben Kunst und Kultur. Ich versuche diese so oft wie möglich zu nutzen, schließlich kann man damit all die Ausstellungen, Theaterstücke usw. anschauen, für die man sonst zu geizig wäre. Ich gehe also zu jeder Ausstellung, die ich interessant klingend finde und so hat es mich auch ins Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe verschlagen, in dem ich mir die Ausstellung "Fast Fashion - Die Schattenseite der Mode" angeschaut habe.
Euch habe ich durch meine Bilder ein paar Ausschnitte dieser Ausstellung mitgebracht. Alles in allem fand ich sie sehr interessant und sie hat mich nachdenklich gestimmt. Der Einleitungstext "Beutezüge" - zu sehen auf dem ersten Bild - hat mich doch sehr an meine Beautybloggerkollegen erinnert. Nicht, dass ich diesen eine Shoppingsucht unterstellen würde, aber müssen mehrere Hauls im Monat oder sogar in der Woche wirklich sein?
Ich persönlich muss mir bei diesem Thema nicht so sehr an die Nase fassen, finde ich, da ich wenig Schminke benutze - ich habe sogar angefangen mich nur noch für besondere Anlässe oder zum abends weggehen zu schminken - und dabei auch auf die Marken achte die ich kaufe. In der Ausstellung ging es vorwiegend um Kleider, diese kaufe ich oft Second Hand, auf Flohmärkten, ebay-kleinanzeigen oder kleiderkreisel. Und wenn mir mal ein Kleidungsstück nicht mehr gefällt verkaufe ich es eben weiter oder gebe es an die Tafel.
Auch die Arbeiten einer Fotografin dort fand ich wirklich toll, sie hat Werbungen, wie z.B. von H&M inszeniert und dabei kleine Änderungen vorgenommen, die sehr aussagekräftig sind - mein liebstes davon findet ihr auf Bild drei.
Auch eine Weltkarte mit den Etiketten von Kleidungsstücken, die an das jeweilige "Made in"- Land gehängt wurde fand ich klasse. Auffällig ist dabei wie viel in Asien produziert wird.
Es gab noch viele weitere ausdrucksstarke Bilder und Texte und ich kann jedem, der in der Nähe von Hamburg wohnt, diese Ausstellung nur empfehlen. Und auch so ist es sicher interessant mal über das eigene Konsumverhalten nachzudenken.
Die heutige Frage also: Wie konsumiert ihr? Und worauf achtet ihr beim kaufen?

I try to use mine as often as I can, because you can visit exhibitions and plays that sound interesting but normally you would be too stingy for. So I visit every exhibition that sounds interesting for me and that's how I came to the exhibition "Fast Fashion" - the downside of fashion.
I brought you through my pictures some cuttings of the exhibition. I found it really interesting and it really made me think. The introduction was a text "Shopping hauls" - which you see on the first pictures - and it really reminded me of my beautybloggerfellows. Don't think I want to say that they are all shopping addicted but do you really need a haul every month or even week?
I think I don't have to be guilty for that, because I don't use a lot of makeup - I even started to just use makeup for special occasions or when I go out at evening or something - and I look at the brands I buy. The exhibition was more about cloths than about make up, but I buy a lot of cloth second hand and when I don't like my own cloth anymore I don't throw them away - I sell them or give them to the charity.
I also liked the work of a photograph that imitated advertising of e.g. H&M and made little changes that were pretty meaningful - my favorite pictures of her is on picture number three.
Even the world map with labels of clothes, which were pinned on their "made-in"-country, was great. It is pretty noticeable that nearly everything is produced Asia.
There were a lot more meaningful pictures and texts and I can recommend this exhibition to everybody of you living near Hamburg. And I think it's interesting to think about our own consumer behavior.
