Nach langem Anschmachten durfte der von Youtubern, wie Bloggern gehypte Barefoot & Topless während der Asos Sale Aktion bei mir einziehen. Ich wusste schon vorher, dass er leicht problematisch im Auftrag ist, aber daher war es zumindest keine große Überraschung mehr ;) Die Farbe ist toll, ein Nude, das nicht zu pink und nicht zu beige ist. Die erste Schicht ist eine Katastrophe, da super streifig. Aber bei der zweiten sah das schon besser aus. Bei Essie Lacken ist es mir schon ein paar Mal untergekommen, dass die Lacke anfangs sehr streifig waren, wobei das (dachte ich bisher jedenfalls immer) bei den neueren Lacken weniger der Fall war. Aber was soll's die Farbe ist toll und da es nach der zweiten Schicht mit ein bisschen Mühe ganz ordentlich aussieht, nehme ich das hin ;) Wobei ich es tendenziell schon schade finde, dass helle Farben oft im Auftrag recht schwierig sind.
After I have been thinking about getting this polish for a while I finally got it when it was on sale at Asos. A lot of Youtubers and Bloggers have shared their love towards this polish and so will I ;) I already knew it was kind of hard to apply because it is streaky. But this way it was at least not a surprise. The first coat was really really streaky but the second one was fine. It is not the first Essie polish I have had this problem with but I had the feeling the newer polishes were not streaky at all. Like Sew Psyched etc. Well I love the color because the nude is neither too beide nor too pinky thus I can live with the first coat being streaky ;)
