Es ist schon fast eine Art Tradition auf meinem Blog geworden, sobald ich unterwegs bin oder besondere Hotels besuche, euch am Tage der Ankunft noch einen “Ersten Eindruck” zu vermitteln und euch mit auf meine neue Reise zu nehmen. Das möchte ich natürlich auch dieses Mal wieder machen, auch wenn Ihr gestern erst den Abschluss aus Genf bekommen habt und dieses Mal nach Griechenland. Fast direkt nach dem Schweiz Aufenthalt war schon das nächste Hotel geplant und zwar das Sani Resort in Chalkidiki auf dem griechischen Festland.
Vier Hotels – ein Konzept – Sani Resorts
Die Anlage besteht aus eigentlich vier Hotels mit verschiedenen Schwerpunkten – einem Familienhotel, einem Clubhotel, einem All-Suite-Hotel und einem Wellness-Hotel… dazu aber demnächst noch viel mehr.
Ich hatte einen wunderschönen und sehr komfortablen Flug mit AEGEAN Airlines (Star Alliance Mitglied) bis nach Thessaloniki und wurde dort am kleinen Flughafen direkt von der einer Limousine des Hotels abgeholt. Dieser Service wird vom Hotel allen Gästen geboten, die mehr als fünf Nächte im Resort bleiben und eine entspannte Anreise wünschen. Während der Fahrt hatte ich schon die Möglichkeit mit Euch die ersten Eindrücke von Thessaloniki zu teilen (dank kostenlosem WLAN im Auto) :-) … Die Fahrt dauerte ca. 50 Minuten und wie man auf den ersten Bildern bei Facebook und Instagram schon sehen konnte, wollte sich Griechenland für mich einmal von einer anderen Seite zeigen. Regen und Temperaturen unter den Abflugtemperaturen in Deutschland…. brrr
5-Sterne-Standard auch in Griechenland?
Die Anlage – sehr geräumig, sehr modern und vor allem auf dem ersten Eindruck bereits sehr sauber und ein überaus freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Wenn man häufig von 5-Sterne Hotels im Ausland spricht, heißt die Regel meistens – einen Stern abziehen und man kann es mit deutschem Standard vergleichen. Diese Regel gilt im Sani Resort nicht… – es kann sich direkt mit jedem 5-Sterne Hotel in Deutschland – problemlos – messen.
Der Checkin schnell und effizient, meine Suite – ein Traum. Moderne und sehr gepflegte Räume, zwei Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer (ideal für mich als Ankleidezimmer :) ) und ein schöner, ausreichend großer Wohnbereich. Das Highlight – eine große Terrasse mit Sonnenstühlen, gemütlichem Tisch und Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Unter meiner Terrasse der neue und beleuchtete Infinity-Pool. Die Wassertemperatur im Moment ca 27°C und ich überlege noch, ob ich es für euch testen möchte. In dieser Suite kann man sicherlich ein paar Tage (oder auch länger) verbringen. Ich werde euch in den nächsten Tagen noch weitere Fotos davon senden.
17 Restaurants – unbegrenzter Sandstrand
Die anschließende Hotelführung zeigte, wie groß und abwechslungsreich das Hotel ist – von verschiedenen Strandbars und über 17 Restaurants (für die vier Hotels), verschiedene Pools und unzählige Kilometer hellen Sandstrand, hat das Hotel auch noch eigene Wälder für Wanderungen, sowie ein Vogelschutzgebiet, welches ich mich vermutlich in den Tagen noch genauer ansehen werde.
Es ist auch am ersten Abend kaum vorstellbar, aber die insgesamt 800 Zimmer in der Anlage sind größtenteils bereits ausgelastet und hat man hat doch das Gefühl eines kleinen, gemütlichen Privathotels. Ein Traum!
Wie es mir die nächsten Tage im Sani Resort in Griechenland ergeht, zeige ich euch während der Tage immer bei Facebook, Instagram und natürlich bei Google+ und habe schon wieder die ersten kleinen Clips für den Youtube Kanal gedreht.
Ich habe mich am heutigen Abend für das Grill-Restaurant “Grill by the Pool” entschieden, mit einer mediterranen Küche mit internationalen Einflüssen und darf sagen, es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Die weiteren Bilder vom Essen werde ich euch natürlich noch gesondert zeigen… – bis dahin erst einmal einen schönen Restabend für Euch und “Τα λέμε σύντομα” (bis bald) aus Griechenland – Eure V.
