Apple hat vor wenigen Tagen iOS 7.0.4 zum Download für kompatible iPhone, iPod touch und iPad freigegeben. Zusätzlich wurde iOS 6.1.5 veröffentlicht.
iOS 7.0.4 behebt ein Problem mit FaceTime und bringt ansonsten allgemeine Verbesserungen und Fehlerbehebungen. Für das iOS 6.1.5-Update gilt selbiges. Um euer iOS-Gerät auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen, führt einfach ein OTA-Update aus (Einstellungen -> Allgemein -> Softwareaktualisierung).
Jailbreak-sicher?
Sehr wichtig für unsere Jailbreak-Freunde ist natürlich, ob sie problemlos auf neue Firmwares updaten können. Wir können zumindest für iOS 7.0.4 Entwarnung geben, das Update darauf ist sicher. Those at 7.x waiting for JB, maybe treat 7.0.4 as exercise in restraint. Won’t affect JB if you slip up, but test your ability to avoid it!

Wenn ihr euch auf iOS 6.x mit evasi0n Jailbreak befindet, BLEIBT DORT! Solltet ihr auf iOS 7 updaten, gibt es KEINE Möglichkeit mehr zum Downgrade und daraus folgend auch nicht mehr zum Jailbreak bis es einen Jailbreak für iOS 7 gibt.
