Death by Chocolate Cupcakes

 Ich weiß nicht wie oft ich es schon erwähnt habe, aber ich bin absolut schokoladensüchtig. Eine Freundin von mir liebt Schokolade ebenfalls genauso gerne wie ich, je mehr umso besser, daher habe ich ihr zum Geburtstag diese göttlichen Schokoladencupcakes gebacken. Der Name Death by Chocolate ist Programm, Schokomuffins mit einer Ganachefüllung, dazu erhält das Cupcake noch eine Schokobuttercreamhaube und zum Abschluss wird die Haube noch in Ganache eingetaucht. Einfach göttlich das Ganze. bei mir ist die Füllung leider etwas abgetaucht und auf den Boden gesunken, dennoch ist dies kaum zu überbieten.

Ich empfehle jede, der ebenfalls nicht genug von Schokolae bekommt, diese Cupcakes nachzubacken. Rezept dazu habe ich auf diesem tollen Blog gefunden. 

I don't know how many time I have mentioned this, but I am an absolute chocoholic. A friend of mine is equally choc-crazy  so I made these heavenly chocolate cupcakes for her birthday. The name death by chocolate tells it all, choc muffins with a ganache filling, then the cupcakes are topped with a chocolate buttercream frosting and is then dipped in to more ganache, to give it a chocolate hood. So gorgeous. My filling sank to the bottom of the cupcake, but it still tasted fantastic.I encourage everyone who cannot get enough of chocolate to make these cupcakes.
