Hallo everybody ,Welcome to the 3rd round of my Silvester-Vegan-Special !! Again, my recipe of the day is absolutley yummi and soo easy to make . It just takes about 10 Minutes , so it´s the almost perfect last minute silvester snack ;) By the way to me those Truffles taste a bit like Raffaelo´s . This makes them even more likely to me , because I absolutely fell in love with raffaelo´s . The book Vegan for fit in which this recipe was published , called them "Coco-Almond Cooler" and now I´m going to show you how to make them ;)
Zutaten/Ingredients:
-60g ganze geschälte Mandeln / whole peeled almonds-90g Kokosraspeln / shredded coconut-100g Mandelmuß / Almondbutter- 30g Agavendicksaft / Agave Nectar-1 Priese Salz / 1 pinch of salt1 Msp. gemahlene Vanille / 1 pinch ground vanilla
Zubereitung: 1. Zuerst die Mandeln zusammen mit den Kokosraspeln in einem Mixer zermahlen. 2. Danach mit den restlichen Zutaten vermengen, zu kleinen Kugeln formen und ca. 10 Minuten in den Tiefkühler stellen. Und das wars auch schon !! Eure Pralinen sind verzehrbereit ^^ Preparation: 1. At first, put the almonds and the shredded coconut into a mixer and grind it well. 2. Now add the other ingedients and mix it all together . After that you can form little balls and put them in the freezer for about 10 minutes. And that´s it !! Your truffles are ready for being eat :)
