//Hätte mir nicht mehr gedacht, dass ich nach meiner roten Karo-Hose aus den 90ern noch einmal eine tragen werde. Aber so sind sie die Mode-Trends, sie kommen alle 10 Jahre wieder. Kein Wunder, dass ich eine Vintage-Bermuda-Shorts, in dem exakt gleichen Muster, im Kasten meiner Mum gefunden habe. Es ist auch wieder einmal erstaunlich, wie schnell die High-Street-Stores die Trends nachproduzieren. War der Karo-Anzüge-Trend doch gerade erst bei den Spring/Summer 2013 Fashion Shows in NY, London, Mailand und Paris zu sehen, hängt er 2 Monate später bereits bei ZARA auf der Stange. Da ich schon immer eine Affinität für Karo-Muster hatte - egal ob Hemd, Blazer oder Röcke - habe ich mir diese Hose schon im November bei Primark gekauft. Dazu gibts Slipper mit Nieten und eine Arm Party mit Animal Prints - das Ganze soll doch nicht zu bieder wirken! ;)Was sagt ihr zum Karo-Anzug-Trend?_____
//I never thought I will wear checked pants again after I had this horrible red checked pants in the 90s. But trends are coming back every 10 years. No wonder I found some amazing vintage checked bermuda shorts in the exact same color with the same pattern in my mum's wardrobe. I recognized this trend at the street style looks during the spring/summer 2013 shows in NY, London, Milan and Paris and now it's already available at ZARA. Since I'm obsessed with checked patterns in general I had to get those pants immediately when I saw them at Primark in November. What do you think about the checked suit trend?
