Meine Kinder essen sehr gerne Sandwiches – Schinken-Käse ist der Favorit. Entsprechend oft backe ich Sandwich-Brot. Eigentlich bin ich ganz zufrieden mit meinem Brot, aber Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gibt es immer. Und Abwechslung und neue Ideen sind auch immer willkommen.
Da trifft es sich gut, dass ich den aktuellen Bread Baking Day, den die unermüdliche Zorra ins Leben gerufen hat, ausrichten darf – Eure Ideen für Sandwichbrot werden freudig erwartet. Egal, ob mit Sauerteig oder Hefe, Weißbrot oder mit vollem Korn, erlaubt ist alles, was sich in Toaster und Sandwich-Maker gut macht.
Und so geht es:
- Backt ein Brot
- Schreibt einen Post darüber und vergiß dabei nicht, zum Kochtopf und hierher zu verlinken
- Füllt das unten stehende Eingabeformular aus
- Maximal 2 Beiträge pro Blog
- Beiträge bitte in Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch oder Italienisch verfassen
- Einsendeschluß ist der 01.07.2016, oo.ooh
- Das Round-up aller Beiträge erscheint hier spätestens am 05.07.2016.

My children love to eat sandwiches. Their favorite is the classic ham and cheese sandwich. This means that I bake sandwich bread quite often. I’m quite content with the result, but nevertheless, there is room for improvement. And I am always curious for new ideas and recipes.
So, I am happy to host Bread Baking Day #84. Bread Baking Day is an event that has been created by the fabulous zorra. I am looking forward to your ideas for sandwich bread. You can use yeast or sourdough, you can bake white bread or use wholemeal – the main thing is, that the bread can be roasted and is good for sandwiches.
