Jedes Jahr im Frühling bekomme ich Lust auf Grün. Wie praktisch, dass auch im neuen The Gel Nail Polish-Sortiment von ESSENCE an mich gedacht wurde.
Brazil Jungle (ESSENCE, The Gel Nail Polish). Farbe & Finish: Helles, etwas pastelliges und leicht blau-, sowie gelbstichiges Grün mit Creme-Finish. Die Farbe ist dunkler und gelb-lastiger als die eines klassischen Mints. Auftrag: Gut. Im Gegensatz zu den bisher getesteten, gelartigen Lacken mit hochglänzendem Creme-Finish, besitzt dieser Lack eine bekannte, gut pigmentierte und damit leicht zähe Textur. Die Farbe lässt sich dennoch einfach verteilen, deckt in maximal zwei Schichten und trocknet zügig durch. Preis/Leistung: Sehr gut. Auch dieses frische Frühlingsgrün ist neu im The Gel Nail Polish-Sortiment. Für äußerst günstige 1,55 Euro gibt es 8 ml Lack, die eben nicht der drölfzigste Mint Candy Apple-Aufguss sind.
Zwei Schichten Brazil Jungle habe ich mit Frischhaltefolie und We Rock The Green (ESSENCE, Colour & Go Nail Polish) per Saran-Wrap-Technik aufgehübscht. Anschließend habe ich ein Motiv der Pro Collection 14 (MOYOU) in Deep Sea, Baby (ESSENCE, Colour & Go Nail Polish) aufgestempelt, das Ganze mit dem Nail Art Duo Stylist (ESSENCE) und Hello Sunshine (ESSENCE, The Gel Nail Polish) verziert und mit einer Schicht The Gel Nail Polish Top Coat (ESSENCE) überzogen.
Every spring, I tend to wear green nail polish even more often than I normaly do. Fortunately, Brazil Jungle (ESSENCE, The Gel Nail Polish) is new and somehow special among the usual green suspects. This bright but slightly pastel spring green features a creme finish and is yellow- and blue-tinted. However, it is not as light and blue-tinted as the common Mint Candy Apple mint which I am quite tired of looking at. On top of two easy coats of Brazil Jungle, I added We Rock The Green (ESSENCE, Colour & Go Nail Polish) using the saran wrap technique, stamped a pattern from Pro Collection 14 (MOYOU) in Deep Sea, Baby (ESSENCE, Colour & Go Nail Polish) and added some small dots using my trusty Nail Art Duo Stylist (ESSENCE) and Hello Sunshine (ESSENCE, The Gel Nail Polish). Eventually, I sealed this bright jungle design with one coat of The Gel Nail Polish Top Coat (ESSENCE).
