…Ich fahre nach Berlin!
Wann habt Ihr das letzte mal etwas verrücktes getan? Bei mir ist das schon ein Weilchen her…Ich mein, früher hab ich mich Samstag nachmittag spontan ins Auto gesetzt um von Köln zu einer Geburtstagsparty nach München zu fahren. Oder bin um von Hamburg nach London zu kommen statt über Dover etc. mit der Nachtfähre nach Newcastle, von dort nach Liverpool und dann weiter mit dem Bus nach London gefahren…Seufz – so was macht man halt mit Kindern nicht mehr…
Ein bisschen was verrücktes hab ich jetzt aber doch gemacht – nämlich meine Meilen auf den Kopf gehauen um kurzfristig einen Flug nach Berlin zu kriegen. So bin ich jetzt nämlich bei Holly’s Book Launch Party und Bloggers’ Meetup im Soho House dabei! Und freu mich wie Bolle: auf das tolle Programm, auf Holly und all die anderen Blogger, die dort sein werden, auf einen Tag Berliner Luft schnuppern und, last but not least, auf einen Tag ohne Windeln und laufende Nasen!
Bin riesig gespannt, wie das alles wird? Und ein bisschen aufgeregt bin ich auch! Ich werde natürlich berichten!

…here I come!
When was the last time you did something crazy? It’s been a while for me…I mean, I used to jump into the car on a Saturday afternoon to drive from Cologne to Munich for a birthday party! Or – to get from Hamburg to London – instead of driving via Dover etc. I took the overnight ferry to Newcastle, drove to Liverpool and then took a bus to London…Oh well you don’t do these kind of things anymore with kids…
Well I did something a little bit crazy again now! I took all my miles and got me a flight to Berlin! So I will be able to join Holly’s Book Launch Party and Bloggers’ Meetup at Soho House! I can’t wait: to enjoy the great program, to meet Holly and all the great bloggers who will be there, to be in Berlin even if it’s only for one day, and last but not least, to get away from nappies and running noses for a while!
I’m so excited! And nervous as well! I will let you know of course what it was like! Anybody else going?
