BEAUTY SECRETS – FUN WITH GIVENCHY.

Some time ago, Flaconi send over a few beauty products by Givenchy for me to try. I never tried them before and never actually heard anyone using them, so I was quite excited to play around with them and tested them for a while before I’m finally introducing them to you. Sorry for that spoiler now but I’M IN LOVE.
Oh yes! I tested a mascara, a lipstick and a foundation.
Vor einiger Zeit habe ich von Flaconi einige Kosmetikprodukte von Givenchy bekommen. Ich hatte zuvor noch nie Produkte dieser Marke ausprobiert und um ehrlich zu sein wusste ich bis dato nicht ein mal von ihrer Existenz. Deswegen war ich umso aufgeregter die Produkte mal ordentlich zu testen und habe mir auch genug Zeit beim Testen genommen, um euch ein ehrliches Feedback zu geben, das gerade bei den high class Beautyprodukten wichtig ist. Kleiner Spoileralarm vorne weg: ICH BIN VERLIEBT. Getestet habe ich einen Lippenstift, eine Mascara und eine Foundation.
Foundation: As you know I’m not a big fan/user of foundations. Scared to be faced (what a word play!) with an unskilled outcome I applied some of the Teint Couture foundation and never felt that good with make-up spread across my face. It’s super natural and stays on for the entire day
Foundation: Wie ihr wisst, bin ich kein großer Fan/Nutzer von Foundation, aber habe dem ganzen doch mal einen Versuch gegeben. Auch wenn ich zunächst etwas Panik verspürte, was ich als ungeübter Foundation-User anrichten würde, bin ich am Ende voll und ganz begeistert von der Teint Couture Foundation. Sie ist super leicht zum auftragen, hält den ganzen Tag und wirkt dabei noch sehr natürlich.
Mascara: Next step: mission mascara. I really never leave the house with some mascara applied since I feel somehow naked without. Yet, after a search for years I haven’t found one that I’m completely convinced off. So, I happily gave the Givenchy Noir Couture mascara a try. The texture is perfect for me since it’s not too liquid-like (I hate that about a lot of mascaras!). The outcome: beautiful, dark black lashes that don’t stick to each other like the little legs of flies. Best thing for me about the mascara? You can easily apply another coat of Mascara in the evening to freshen up the look.
Mascara: Als nächstes war die Mascara dran. Nie, wirklich nie verlasse ich das Haus ohne Wimperntusche, da ich mich sonst zu nackt im Gesicht fühlen würde. Ich würde sagen, ich bin Mascara-Profi, denn ich greife schon lange zur Tusche und probiere hier wirklich gerne was neues, da ich einfach noch nicht „Die Eine“ gefunden habe. Die Givenchy Noir Couture Mascara zaubert den perfekten, tiefschwarzen Augenaufschlag, den wir alle wollen ohne dabei die hässlichen Fliegenbeine zu kreieren. Für mich hat sie einfach die richtige Konsistenz, da sie nicht zu flüssig ist und alles verklebt, wie so manch andere.
Lipstick: Last but for sure not least but actually the favourite piece of that package: the Givenchy Le Rouge lipstick. It feels like a balm and comes in the perfect shades to turn into an everyday all-day lipstick. I’m a 100% convinced by that lipstick and will for sure check out the other colors.
Lippenstift: Und zu guter Schluss etwas zu meinem liebsten Teil aus dem Paket: mich Lippenstift-Junkie hat der Givenchy Le Rouge Lippenstift voll und ganz überzeugt. Er fühlt sich an wie ein Lippbalm und ist in der perfekten Farben, um sowohl tagsüber als auch abends getragen werden zu können. Ich bin komplett überzeugt und werde sicherlich mal beim Givenchy Counter vorbeischauen und mir die restlichen Farben auch anschauen!
