Palwithnooven bringt mit seinem Dong Ai nicht nur ein ganz besonderes Brot mit – er hat Mungbohnenmehl und Roux aus Klebreismehl verwendet. Dazu gibt es auch noch eine wunderschöne Geschichte – aber lest selbst.

Zorra hat sich gefreut, mal wieder Sandwichbrot backen zu können. Sie mag es am liebsten ganz wattig weich und das ist es auch geworden, denn im Teig steckt eine Kartoffel.

Dabrownman ist mit „wonderbread“ aufgewachsen und hat es geliebt. Heute präsentiert er uns ein gesundes Sandwichbrot mit gekeimter Sechskornmischung und gerösteter Buchweizengrütze – da kann wonderbread einpacken, finde ich.

Von Karin gibt es nicht nur ein schönes Weizen-Kastenbrot, sondern auch grundsätzliche Tipps zum Brotbacken.

Von Ingrid kommt etwas ganz Außergewöhnliches: sie hat für ihr Brot einen Madre mit Holunderblüten verwendet.
Ingrid contributes an extraordinary bread: she used a madre with elderflowers to bake her multigrain bread.
Dagmar steuert ein Brot mit lufiger, weicher Krume bei. Dank Weizenvollkornmehl ist es auch gesünder als das übliche Sandwichbrot.
Dagmar’s bread is airy and fluffy. Due to some whole wheat flour, the bread is heathier than normal sandwich bread.
