Ayaka Komatsu ~ Cross My Heart ♪

Heute präsentiere ich euch Ayaka Komatsus ersten und einzigen englischen Song "Cross My Heart". Er war Teil ihrer Idol DVD "Moon Doll" von 2006. Dies ist ein dreifaches Highlight, denn erstens ist dies ein Song von einer Schauspielerin aus der Sailor Moon Realserie, zweitens hat sie in dieser schon viele Fans durch japanische Songs gewonnen und drittens ist der hier auf Englisch! Das ist für Japaner ziemlich unüblich, denn obwohl es dort an Schulen unterrichtet wird, sind die Japaner berüchtigt für ihr "Engrish". Wenige verstehen die Sprache oder sprechen sie selbst richtig. Ayaka gehört dazu. Sie hat sogar acht Jahre in Argentinien gelebt und spricht fließend Spanisch. Nicht schlecht für eine Inselbewohnerin! ⌒.~

This is such a highlight. Firstly it's a song from an actress of the Sailor Moon live action series, secondly she has many fans for her Japanese songs from the show and thirdly this one is English! That's so rare for a Japanese singer because even though they learn this language at school, they are infamous for their "Engrish". Many Japanese don't speak nor understand foreign languages very well. Ayaka does. She even lived in Argentina for eight years and is fluent in Spanish. Not that bad for someone who lives on an island. ⌒.~
