Zutaten (für 6 Portionen):
260ml Ananassaft
115ml KokosmilchIngredients (for 6 servings):
8,8 fluid ounces pineapple juice
3,9 fluid ounces coconut milkZubereitung:
- Kokosnussmilch evtl erwärmen (sollte sie nicht flüssig sein) und dann wieder abkühlen
- Kokosnussmilch und Ananassaft vermischen
- Das Gemisch in kleine Eisförmchen (meine sind von Tupperware) geben und über Nacht einfrieren
Preparation:
- Possibly warm the coconut milk (until its liquid) and then let it cool down
- Mix the pineapple juice and the coconut milk
- Give the mixture into little ice molds (suitable for freeze) and put it into the freezer over night
