Im Oktober starte nun auch ich offiziell in den Herbst und hier am Blog heißt es:

Kürbis ist ein so vielseitiges Lebensmittel, man kann sowohl pikante als auch süße Speisen daraus zu bereiten und gesund ist er auch noch!! In 100g sind nur ca. 20-40 Kcal enthalten (je nach Sorte), davon 90 bis 95g Wasser. Außerdem enthält Kürbis viele Vitamine und Mineralstoffe, wie zum Beispiel Vitamin A und C, Kupfer, Eisen, Magnesium und Kalium.
Pumpkin is a very versatile food, you can use it for savory as well as for sweet dishes, and its healthy too! 100g have only 20-40 calories (depending on the kind), of which are 90-95g water. Butternuss / Butternut
- Fruchtfleisch zart und hell-orange, cremig (fast wie Avocado)
light orange flesh, tender and creamy (a bit like avocado) - dezent süß mit nussigem Aroma
discreet sweet and nutty taste - sehr ergiebig, da wenige Kerne
very profitable, as it has little seeds - Besonders geeignet für: Süßspeisen, Suppen, Cremes
best for: soups, creams, sweets - Sehr gut über den Winter lagerfähig
very fit for storage during winter
Muskat / Muscat
- Fruchtfleisch leuchtend orange, leicht wässrig
bright orange flesh, watery - süß und fruchtig
sweet and fruity - Besonders geeignet für: Suppen, Pürees
best for: soups, purees - Gut lagerfähig

Toll oder? Und was noch dazu kommt: sie sind einfach sooo schön!!! Eignen sich super als Deko, findet ihr nicht? (Max kam letztens nach Hause und meinte: “Hast du nicht etwas von EINEM Kürbis gesagt?” Hihi, ja was soll ich sagen…)
Great right? And it gets even better: they are so beautiful!!! You can use them as fall decoration too!! (Max got home the other day and said: “I thought you were talking about ONE pumpkin?” Hihi, what shall I say…)
