Meine Arbeitskollegin aus München ist eine sog. Consultans und hat mich mit dieser Marke regelrecht angefixt. Ich erhielt von ihr kostenlos eine unbenutzte Foundation in der Nuance Beige (eigentlich viel zu dunkel für meinen Hautton) zum Testen, die sie noch unbenutzt zu Hause hatte. Dies kann man natürlich nicht immer erwarten, aber zumindest eine Probe sollte bestimmt möglich sein. Da ich zu dieser Zeit noch leichte Sommerbräune hatte, passte die Nuance aber perfekt. Farbauswahl
Hier bin ich wirklich begeistert. Insgesamt 15 (!) unterschiedliche Nuancen gibt es, hier sollte wirklich jeder seine passende Foundation finden können. Color Selection

Haltbarkeit/MattierungMorgens aufgetragen hält sie mehrere Stunden ohne Nachpudern aus. Wenn ich einen Primer benutze brauche ich bis abends nicht nachpudern. Die Mattierung ist demnach echt top. Keine Flecken, nichts verläuft und ich sehe abends noch fast genauso aus wie frisch geschminkt. Durability / matting

VerträglichkeitAufgrund der Herstellerangaben habe ich mir hier keine Gedanken gemacht. Ich bekam weder Rötungen, noch Unreinheiten.
Compatibility

Ich bin jedoch der Meinung, dass man gerade im Beauty Bereich auf Qualität achten sollte, schließlich "klatscht" man sich das Zeug direkt aufs Gesicht. Kosmetik ist oftmals der Auslöser für Allergien, Falten und Unreinheiten. Aus diesen Gründen mache ich oftmals um "Drogerie" Kosmetik einen weiten Bogen und kaufe lieber High-End Produkte. Auch ich habe natürlich auch günstige Kosmetik zu Hause, die ich über alles liebe. Bei Make-Up musste ich jedoch leider feststellen, dass ich zumindest mich mit teuren Produkten besser aufgehoben fühle. Ob es die Farbauswahl (Blassnase!) betrifft oder die Qualität und Verträglichkeit.
Nun muss jeder selbst entscheiden ob einen ein Make-Up 23,00 Euro / 25ml Wert ist. Im direkten Vergleich zu anderen Marken wie Bobbi Brown, Chanel oder MAC sogar ein Schnäppchen, für Drogerie vielleicht etwas teuer. Dies macht aber die unglaubliche Ergiebigkeit durchaus wett. Price

Mein FazitAbgesehen von der Erkenntnis über die Tierversuche, bin ich wirklich angetan. Eine tolle Foundation (auch für helle Haut) die mattiert, verträglich ist, lange hält und eine Anti-Aging Grundlage bietet. Der LSF fehlt leider für meinen Geschmack, hier sollte man also zusätzlich zu einem Sonnenschutz greifen. Das wirklich Positive an Mary Kay ist aber die 100%ige Zufriedenheitsgarantie d.h. sollte man selbst nach Gebrauch merken, dass die Foundation nichts für einen ist ( sei es Verträglichkeit, Geruch oder falscher Farbton) hat man die Möglichkeit, das Produkt jederzeit auszutauschen. Daher möchte ich euch diese Foundation für Mischhaut oder ölige Haut absolut ans Herz legen. Ein Consulter ist über die Homepage schnell ausfindig gemacht und man muss auch nicht zwingend zu irgendwelchen Partys gehen, um die Produkte zu erwerben.

LSF: - My conclusion
Apart from the knowledge about animal testing, I'm really impressed. A great Foundation (also for light skin), the mat is compatible, long holds and an anti-aging foundation offers. Unfortunately, the LSF missing for my taste, here so you should also grab a sun protection. But the really positive thing about Mary Kay is the 100% satisfaction guarantee, ie one should even notice after use, the Foundation is a not for (unless compatibility, odor or color wrong) you have the opportunity to exchange the product at any time.
