Du übernimmst die Leitung des QA-Teams und bist dabei im ständigen Austausch mit anderen Lead Testern. Wenn du langjährige Erfahrung mitbringst und mit den gänigen Debugging Tools vertraut bist, stehen deine Chancen sehr gut, dass du der nächste Teamleiter im Bereich QA bei Bigpoint wirst.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team, tracking and maintaining their needs
- Control and oversee project-internal testing efforts as well as external testing
- Establish and maintain QA strategy, processes and workflows for the project, define testing scope and methods
- Create and maintain tests based on feature documentation as well as other QA-relevant documents
- Keep up information flow and knowledge sharing with other QA Lead Testers
- Constantly train your test team, provide them with all QA- and project-related information, train new staff on the QA team
- Work closely with the development team and management to ensure that project is tested effectively
Requirements:
- 2+ year experience in QA leadership position or 4+ years' experience with game testing
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of game testing practices, conventions and procedures
- Very good knowledge of online debugging tools, client-server communication and database handling
- Ability to understand technical requirement documents to identify test scope and strategy
- Prior experience in overseeing outsourced QA
- Able to work under constantly changing conditions and tight deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about gaming
