Meine Lieben, hier ist er nun, mein letzter Post aus unserem Sommerurlaub in Kroatien. Ich beende die Kroatien-Posts mit einer großen Best-of Galerie aus Split.
Vielseitiges Split
Die Stadt Split hat uns verzaubert mit ihrer wunderschönen Architektur, der großartigen Strandpromenade, die so voller Leben ist, richtig gutem Essen und tollen Shops und Boutiquen.
An den drei sehr, sehr heißen Tagen, die wir in der Stadt verbracht haben, haben wir uns gleich zweimal Mountainbikes am Hafen geliehen und sind damit auf die Halbinsel Marjan geradelt. Hier hat man Schatten und - vor allem, wenn man die dicht besiedelten Strände zu Beginn hinter sich lässt - fast einsame, naturbelassene Strandabschnitte. Das Meer war auch hier wieder unglaublich klar und hatte eine ganz andere Färbung als noch auf Korcula.
